Introduction
Singer-songwriter Ella Langley announced that she is canceling several upcoming tour dates to focus on her health. The rising country star shared on Instagram that she has been “fighting sickness and feeling more run down than ever.”
Seven performances have been affected, including two dates on Morgan Wallen’s I’m the Problem Tour in Cleveland, Ohio (Aug. 15 and 16). She is also stepping away from three shows as an opener for Riley Green’s Damn Country Music Tour in Bonner-West Riverside, Montana (Aug. 21), Idaho Falls, Idaho (Aug. 22), and Nampa, Idaho (Aug. 23). Additionally, her performances at Nashville’s The Listening Room (Aug. 19) and Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colorado (Aug. 25), have been canceled. A party celebrating her recent No. 1 hit was also postponed.
In her post, Langley expressed her sadness about the decision but emphasized the importance of listening to her body and “taking a couple of weeks to rest.” She promised fans that she will be back on the road in September “ready to give you my all.”
Gavin Adcock will be taking Langley’s place for Morgan Wallen’s shows in Ohio. Langley is still scheduled to join Wallen for two shows in Edmonton, Canada, on Sept. 12 and 13.
Langley’s hits include the chart-topping “You Look Like You Love Me” with Riley Green and “Weren’t For The Wind.”
