Introduction:
Travis Tritt to Headline Beaver Dam Amphitheater This August
HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – Country music legend Travis Tritt is set to bring his signature blend of Southern rock, blues, and gospel to the Beaver Dam Amphitheater—affectionately known as The Dam—on Thursday, August 15.
Event organizers shared that gates will open at 5:30 p.m., with the show beginning at 7 p.m. Fans arriving early will be treated to an acoustic opening set from local favorite Andy Brasher, before Tritt takes the stage with his full band for a night of classic hits and fan favorites.
Tritt launched his career in 1989 when he signed with Warner Bros., releasing a string of platinum-selling albums that cemented him as a member of country music’s celebrated “Class of ’89,” alongside Garth Brooks, Clint Black, and Alan Jackson. His 1990 debut Country Club and subsequent hits like “Help Me Hold On” and “I’m Gonna Be Somebody” helped define the sound of country’s early ’90s boom.
Tickets for the Beaver Dam concert are on sale now, and organizers encourage fans to purchase early to secure their spot at what promises to be an unforgettable summer evening of live music.
