During a live episode of Live with Kelly and Mark, the couple surprised viewers with news of their latest venture: a four-part ESPN docuseries titled Running with the Wolves, following their real-life journey as co-owners of Campobasso FC, an Italian soccer club they purchased in 2022.
“This isn’t just a story we’re telling — we’re part of it,” Ripa said. “We’re participants, believers, and stakeholders.”
The series will give fans a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to manage a professional soccer club — from financial struggles and injuries to balancing family, fame, and the pressure to win. Each episode will highlight a different chapter in their experience, capturing both the chaos and the heart of their new life in sports.
Despite the challenge of juggling two major projects, Kelly and Mark confirmed that Live with Kelly and Mark will continue as usual. “Hosting is one thing,” Consuelos shared. “But putting your heart into something that could fail spectacularly — that’s where the excitement is.”
