Ella Langley Reveals Her Dream Collaboration — and It’s Not Who You’d Expect

Ella Langley is one of country music’s fastest-rising stars, but when it comes to dream collaborations, her sights are set far beyond Nashville.

During a recent appearance on Taste of Country Nights, the “Weren’t for the Wind” singer revealed the one artist she’d love to work with—and the answer may surprise fans.

“I grew up on so many different types of music,” Langley explained, before dropping a name from outside the country world. “But probably the most out of anyone ever would be Stevie Nicks.”

Nicks, 77, is a two-time Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee, both as a member of Fleetwood Mac and for her solo career. For Langley, the chance to share the stage with such an icon would be nothing short of a dream come true.

“Yeah, I would lose my mind,” she admitted with a laugh.

When asked if she’d prefer to sing one of her own songs with Nicks, Langley shrugged off the idea. “I don’t care who wrote it, as long as I got to sing with Stevie Nicks,” she said.

Riding High in Country Music

Though relatively new to the mainstream, Langley has quickly become a major force. At the 2025 ACM Awards, she was the most-nominated artist of the night, walking away with five trophies out of eight nominations—a career milestone that cemented her place among country’s brightest stars.

Looking ahead, Langley teased that she’s already hard at work on her next project. “This next record is not gonna be out until next year,” she revealed, “but we’re gonna put out some things before next year. Don’t worry, I’m not leaving everybody without music for the next year-and-a-half.”

With her career on fire and her dream collaboration set sky-high, Ella Langley is proving she’s a star unafraid to think big—and fans are eager to follow wherever her music leads next.
