After nearly two decades together, Hollywood power couple Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have officially called it quits. According to court documents filed in Nashville on September 30, 2025, Kidman initiated the divorce, citing “irreconcilable differences.”
Sources close to the pair say the actress is “heartbroken,” while Urban is focusing on his music and upcoming projects.
A Love Story That Defined an Era
Kidman and Urban met in 2005 at the G’Day USA Gala in Los Angeles and married the following year in a romantic ceremony in Sydney. Despite early challenges—including Urban’s stint in rehab shortly after their wedding—the two weathered storms together and became parents to daughters Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret.
