Introduction:
Firefighters Called to Blaze at Travis Tritt’s Georgia Home; Family Safe
Country music star Travis Tritt and his family experienced a frightening close call on Wednesday when a fire broke out in the backyard of their Georgia residence.
According to audio first obtained by TMZ, it was Tritt’s 16-year-old son Tristan who dialed 911 after spotting the flames. In the recording, Tristan can be heard urgently telling the dispatcher, “Travis Tritt’s house, right now, is on fire. There’s flames everywhere!”
Local firefighters quickly responded and were able to extinguish the blaze before it spread to the home itself. No injuries were reported, and officials have not yet released details on the cause of the fire.
The Grammy-winning singer, 52, is best known for hits such as “Anymore,” “Here’s a Quarter (Call Someone Who Cares),” and “It’s a Great Day to Be Alive.” While the incident caused understandable alarm, Tritt and his family are safe, and the property sustained only minor damage thanks to the swift emergency response.
