WATCH: Ella Langley Brings 7-Year-Old Superfan On Stage With Riley Green For Unforgettable Birthday Surprise - Country Now

In a surprise collaboration that had country music fans buzzing, Dasha joined Riley Green on stage at the Lasso Music Festival in Montréal. The impromptu performance came after Ella Langley announced she would be taking a hiatus from touring for the remainder of the month to focus on her well-being.

Typically, the crowd would have seen Green and Langley perform their popular duets “You Look Like You Love Me” and “Don’t Mind If I Do.” However, with Langley’s absence, Green needed a new female vocalist to fill the void. Fortunately, Dasha was also on the lineup for the festival, making her the perfect choice to deliver a memorable performance.

Clips captured by fans show the duo captivating the audience. Green, in his classic blue jeans and cowboy hat, was complemented by Dasha’s signature style of low-rise boot-cut jeans and a white crop top. They took turns singing the clever lyrics of “You Look Like You Love Me,” a song penned by Langley, Green, and Aaron Raitiere. Dasha fully embodied the role, confidently delivering her lines and even flipping her hair with a smile. As the chorus hit, the two artists turned their microphones to the crowd, soaking in the energy of screaming fans singing every word back to them.

The collaboration continued as they performed the title track from Green’s latest album, “Don’t Mind If I Do.” Setting a more intimate tone for the slower, more tender song, they took a seat on stools while Green played his guitar. Their distinct vocals intertwined as the audience swayed along.

Following the two-song set, Green thanked Dasha for making a special appearance, and the “Worst Way” singer blew a kiss to the crowd before exiting the stage. Dasha also gave fans a peek at their pre-show warm-up, sharing a video of them rehearsing a snippet of “Don’t Mind If I Do” backstage. Green later commented on one of the performance videos, writing, “You crushed it,” a testament to their successful collaboration.

The performance was a highlight of the Lasso Music Festival, which took place on August 15 and 16 at Parc Jean-Drapeau. The festival’s star-studded lineup also featured acts like Jelly Roll, Sheryl Crow, and Bailey Zimmerman.

Green’s Damn Country Music Tour will continue through November. As for Ella Langley, her touring break means she will not be back on the road until September, with her next performances scheduled as part of Morgan Wallen’s I’m The Problem trek and her own Still Hungover Tour.
